Founded by Ken Dean, Dean Palace Homes was created with a vision of developing exceptional luxury homes that combine timeless architecture, thoughtful planning, and enduring value. We believe every successful home begins long before construction, with the right homesite, a clear vision, and a commitment to excellence throughout every stage of development. From identifying premium land opportunities to overseeing planning, design coordination, construction management, and the final walkthrough, Dean Palace Homes brings together experienced professionals to deliver homes that reflect sophistication, quality and lasting craftsmanship. Serving Maryland and the greater DMV region, Dean Palace Homes is committed to developing communities that stand the test of time. Our goal is to create homes that inspire pride, enhance neighborhoods, and provide an exceptional living experience for generations to come.
